Best of the Best Pasta Challenge Final

The Best of the Best Pasta Challenge, presented by National Foods, invites brilliant artisan pasta makers to enter the first National pasta competition and earn the title of Australia’s inaugural Best of the Best Pasta Champion. Entries are restricted to one pasta dish per competitor and must be made from fresh, handmade pasta and matched with a sauce comprising of at least four ingredients from a list of sponsor products.

Best of the Best Pizza Challenge Final

The much-loved Best of the Best Pizza Challenge is open to all independent establishments showcasing pizza on their menu.

Restaurant of Champions

This event will see chefs teams from restaurants and hotels compete to see who is best. Watch the action as teams prepare and serve a meal for around 80 patrons right in front of you. This event is presented by the Australian Culinary Federation (QLD) with the support of Fonterra.
